Municipal Planning
Development and subdivision review, statutory planning, policy work and coordination within municipal and regional planning environments.
Founder-led development advisory
Infinity Edge was founded to help developers understand complex site opportunities before committing to larger design, approval and capital programs.
Why Infinity Edge exists
Development opportunities are rarely limited to a single question. Planning policy, site constraints, market objectives, design intent, consultant inputs and capital requirements must be understood together.
Infinity Edge brings those early considerations into one decision-led process. The goal is to make the opportunity clearer, expose material constraints and prepare useful concept and feasibility information for the next project decision.
Meet the founder
Founder & Development Strategist
Fred works at the intersection of urban planning, development feasibility, concept visualization and project coordination. His experience spans municipal planning, public-sector accommodation and capital planning, land-development studies, project origination, business cases, consultant coordination and early architectural visualization.
A recurring theme throughout his career has been helping decision-makers understand complicated opportunities before significant capital is committed. He translates planning requirements, site constraints, user needs and project objectives into clearer concepts, scopes and supporting documentation.
Fred founded Infinity Edge to apply that integrated perspective to infill, medium-density and high-density development opportunities in Edmonton and selected surrounding municipalities.
